The festive mood is gradually spreading to every home. People are busy cleaning their homes, choosing food for the festive table, and planning time for meetings with family and friends. And, of course, they start putting together Easter baskets. Along with the paska (Easter cake) and Easter eggs, we always put a candle in it. Like any other Easter attribute, it has an important meaning: its consecrated flame symbolizes the sacred purifying fire.
Make your own Easter candle to emphasize its special role. With just a few details, even the simplest candle will look festive.
