🏛️ NAMU is one of the oldest and largest museums of Ukraine. It became the first publicly accessible museum of Kyiv and has been a favorite place of Kyiv residents and guests of the capital for about 125 years.
🏛️ Every experience of contact with the museum is a unique and interesting story. We offer to express your impressions and memories, and to depict the museum as only you see it.
🏛️ For this, we invite you to the NAMU art workshop! Together we will experiment with techniques and materials to create your unique NAMU portrait. And before that, let’s listen to a mini-lecture on the architecture of the “House with Lions”!
What will be in the art workshop?
Optionally:
– drawing of the museum using a stencil or by hand;
– gouache, ink/pen, pencil, pastel – work in one technique or mixing them.

🔸 November 16 (Saturday) at 2 p.m.
🔸 For teenagers and adults. Children can participate accompanied by their parents.
🔸 Cost: UAH 250 – mini-lecture and master class, UAH 100 – lecture only.
📌 In the event of an air alert, we ask all visitors to immediately go to the shelter. The nearest shelters are located at street Khreshchatyk, 4 (underpass near the Dnipro Hotel) and at the Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station.
📌 If less than 60 minutes of the event have passed at the time the air alert is announced, we will continue the event after the alert ends or another day. If the event lasted 60 minutes or more, it is considered to have taken place.
❗ IMPORTANT: You can get to the museum through the service entrance located at the back of the building. To do this, you need to go around the museum to the right along Museum Lane.
